AWE is a collaboration between Bournemouth University scientists and students and local organisations.

Our mission is to enhance the way people interact with and learn about wildlife by introducing digital innovations to traditional nature walks.

Wildlife information hubs are placed along the trails. Each hub is supported by a webpage that unlocks a wealth of online multimedia content: wildlife videos and sounds, fun facts, unseen creatures, and educational information. Links to the hub pages can be found through QR codes or links on the trail's map.
